At VIGA, we not only aim to bring joy to children but also hope to share our commitment to environmental protection through every toy we create, helping safeguard our planet for future generations.
Our factory has been FSC-certified since 2020, reflecting our ongoing
efforts to use responsibly sourced wood and to support sustainable
forestry. We reference FSC guidelines across key stages of production,
including material selection, storage, processing, and finishing, aiming to keep our practices aligned with responsible and sustainable principles.
We prioritize sustainability throughout our design process and work to adopt environmentally considerate manufacturing practices. Our packaging also uses recyclable paper materials, aiming to reduce waste and offer choices that are gentler on both children and the planet.
Our factory uses a centralized vacuum system that helps reduce dust pollution and keep the workspace cleaner and safer for our employees.
In 2023, our solar power system generated around 840,000 kWh of clean energy, supporting a portion of our daily electricity needs with renewables.
For the painting process, a spray-tower treatment system helps purify wastewater and exhaust, allowing water to be reused and reducing
unnecessary waste.
Together, these systems gently support a cleaner and more responsible production environment.
Wooden toys are strong, long-lasting, and designed to grow with children. Even after years of use, they can naturally
decompose or be recycled, helping reduce environmental pollution from the source.
