Our factory has passed multiple management system
certifications and social responsibility audits, including ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, BSCI, SCAN, “ZHEJIANG MADE”, Woolworths Supplier Excellence, and Carter's CSR Audit Report. These certifications reflect our ongoing
efforts to improve production management, strengthen
environmental responsibility, and maintain safe working conditions.
Our factory is equipped with advanced machines and
technology to support the entire production workflow. Visual management is applied throughout each production stage, allowing workers, inspectors, and managers to
coordinate clearly. Products are monitored at multiple checkpoints, with qualified and unqualified items separated immediately to ensure consistent quality.
We have an on-site testing lab that conducts internal testing from sample development to final production, helping ensure our wooden toys meet major international safety standards such as EN71 (Europe), ASTM F963 (USA), SOR/2011-17 (Canada), AS/NZS ISO 8124 (Australia), ST2016 (Japan), and KC (Korea).
To enhance reliability, our products are also tested by
well-recognized third-party laboratories, including SGS, Intertek, TÜV Rheinland, and Bureau Veritas.
